In the tasting hall, in the cosy welcoming atmosphere of the Tuscan traditional homes
tables are laid with the “old Ginori” tableware typical of Tuscany with farmer’s bread and vegetable soup, pork cold cuts and pecorino cheeses, Crostino nero senese and season vegetables, capped by a traditional dessert.
These traditional dishes are accompanied by an Orcia Doc and a Brunello served in crystal goblets
