Tuscan cooking classes with the  super gastronomist Helle Poulsen Tesio, or even local cuisine lessons with our chef  at Fattoria del Colle Roberta Archetti. Lessons on making Pinci – fresh homemade pasta – for those staying just a couple of hours.

Fattoria del Colle is a country inn in Trequanda - Tuscany - with a cookery school, winery, Sixteenth century villa and spa. The lessons take place in a setting of nature and authentic tradition and are enhanced by tours of the wineries and Orcia Doc, Chianti and Brunello wine tastings.

Helle Poulsen Tesio

Helle is a Danish-Italian chef and wine-and-food writer author of 14 books and numerous radio and TV programmes on the culture of Italian gastronomy for the Danish and Scandinavian market. She divides her time between the cookery school at Fattoria del Colle and the Roman school Atavolaconlochef , where she herself has studied.
She is the gastronomy consultant for the Assessorato Agricoltura-Regione Sicilia for the Scandinavian market and she collaborates with www.agrodolce.it in the creation of tutorial gastronomy videos.
Helle Poulsen Tesio's Italian cookery course at Fattoria del Colle offers those who adore cuisine a unique opportunity to compare the noble dishes and the farmers' dishes from the past by proposing modern and innovative preparations.
The participants will have the opportunity to be chefs for one or more days in courses where conviviality is the main ingredient together with the pleasure of the hospitality in our Tuscany agriturismo.
